Everyone in the workplace is part of the solution when it comes to ending toxic environments and replacing them with cultures of respect. Learn how to create positive change in your own surroundings through bystander intervention and other ways to personally contribute to a more equitable world in this Lab with Catharsis Productions. We use humor to break down barriers to discuss sensitive topics.At Catharsis Productions, we work with colleges, the US military, and businesses to take the awkwardness out of learning about issues like sexual harassment through dynamic workshops. Through facilitated dialogue and interactive exercises, learn how to better identify harassment and microaggressions, what to do when you see them, and how to bring these tools into your learning, working, or living environments.
