Microaggressions in the Workplace

Is your company reaching its full potential through diversity and inclusivity? Are your leaders creating a welcoming and safe space for their employees to do their work? Do your staff members know how to have an open, yet respectful dialogue? Catharsis Productions can help you create a respectful environment and an inclusive culture where everyone loves to work.

Diversity & Inclusivity

Research shows diversity improves performance. Studies show that ethnically-diverse companies are 35% more likely to outperform their peers financially and gender-diversity 15%*. Inclusive teams outperform their peers by 80% in team-based assessments**. But diversity and inclusivity are not just reached by hiring a diverse group of people. Your staff needs to feel respected, included, and motivated to contribute. If you can increase positive communication and cross-cultural understanding, you are actively promoting wellness, continuing education and a healthier culture for your organization. If you think- “Yes I need to get to this, but how?” our new program, Not Suitable for Work can help you get this important initiative underway in your company. Let us be part of your tool box to create a respectful work environment, dismantle bias culture, and recognize harmful predispositions and stereotypes.

The Most Common Microaggressions

This SurveyMonkey online poll was conducted April 2-5, 2019 among a national sample of 4,274 adults. Respondents for this survey were selected from the more than 2 million people who take surveys on the SurveyMonkey platform each day. Data were weighted for age, race, sex, education, and geography using the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey to reflect the demographic composition of the United States.
