Funding

We know that not every school or individual department has the means to bring in necessary programming to their campus. We encourage individual departments lacking funds to partner with other campus and community organizations. The offices of student activities, residence life and housing, women’s centers, counseling and health services, fraternities and sororities, student government, athletics, all have collaborated with other offices to host “SEX SIGNALS” at campuses around the country.

And if that’s not enough, here are a few other funding resources:

NCAA GRANTS
For schools that are affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), additional funding of up to $1,000 may be available through the NCAA speaker’s grant program. You can check the NCAA Speakers Grant Program Guidelines or download the form through the NCAA website.

CATHARSIS SCHOLARSHIPS
The CATHARSIS SCHOLARSHIP has been created for schools and/or departments with very small budgets and will be awarded to up to five schools each semester. Qualifying schools will be eligible for grants between $500.00 and $2000.00 to bring SEX SIGNALS to their campus. Travel costs may be waived if the scholarship recipient is flexible enough to schedule their show around an existing tour in their area.
