U Got This 2! - Online Graduate Program
Interpersonal Violence Prevention Program for Graduate/Professional/ Non-Traditional Students
Focus of the program
The primary emphasis of the training is focused on the definitions, laws, explanation, and examples of sexual misconduct including sexual assault and rape, sexual harassment, intimate partner violence, and stalking. Like U Got This! it discusses how to engage with Consent and what a healthy relationship looks like. There is a big emphasis on what Bystander Intervention is and how to intervene when you see someone who might need help. Finally we put emphasis on Reporting and Resources.
Specific learning objectives include
- Exploring the impact of sexual misconduct and various forms of interpersonal violence (in particular, sexual assault, sexual harassment, intimate partner violence, and stalking)
- Establishing ways of recognizing and responding to sexual harassment, the most common form of sexual misconduct among graduate and professional students
- Showcasing a wide range of sexual misconduct scenarios to ensure that most individuals targeted by this training will personally identify with scenarios
- Reminding students that sexual misconduct is typically perpetrated by someone in a position of power, and they may find themselves on either end of the power spectrum (e.g., from undergraduate students they teach to clients or patients they see to their own professors and supervisors)
- Helping students gain an understanding of on and off-campus resources (both confidential and private)

Binge Thinking – Online
This 45-minute training will be available for universities to share with their students by July 1, 2020. It can serve as a companion piece to the interpersonal violence prevention training, U Got This!, also for college students.

Report=Support! – Online Faculty Program
Report = Support! Identifying and Responding to Sexual Misconduct is an online, interactive training that converts Title IX compliance mandates into a relatable and engaging virtual conversation for the employee user. It’s a Great complement to U Got This! Your Guide to Speak Up, Step In, and Create a Better Campus for All. With a strategic use of humor and colloquial language, the program frames the broader issue of what it means to be a responsible employee under Title IX regulations and explores the “why” behind Title IX policies and procedures.
